- Receive, pack, move, and unpack.
- Prepare the totes for pickup.
Play & Go KY
Event Rental Process
- Browse available play experiences.
- Select your event date and location.
- Choose available options and add-ons.
- Submit your rental request.
- Receive availability confirmation.
- Sign the agreement and complete payment.
- Enjoy your event.
- Prepare the equipment for return or pickup.
Submitting a request does not place an automatic hold on inventory. A reservation is confirmed only after availability has been verified, the rental agreement has been signed, and required payment has been received.

Go Ventures is based in Radcliff, Kentucky, and serves customers throughout Hardin County, Fort Knox, and surrounding communities.
Tote & Go Delivery
Standard delivery and pickup are included within 25 miles of ZIP code 40160 for qualifying tote packages.
Extended delivery may be available for an additional fee calculated according to distance. Long-distance or nonstandard delivery requests will be reviewed individually.
Play & Go Delivery
Delivery availability and charges depend on:
- Event location
- Rental selection
- Equipment size
- Setup requirements
- Travel distance
- Delivery and pickup schedule
Some smaller Play & Go rentals may qualify for customer pickup, while larger experiences may require delivery or setup by the Go Ventures team.
